Proposal due date will remain the same: Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. CST The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has issued a formal request for experienced, qualified management and technical personnel to maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and perform changes to the telecommunications infrastructure at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING, EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER ABBY SCHULTZ via email at abigael.k.schultz@faa.gov <--please note the spelling of the name This procurement is set-aside 100% for 8(a) businesses. The current contract number is DTFAAC-17-D-00001, awarded to Rigil Corporation. QUESTIONS CUT-OFF: All questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz via email at abigael.k.schultz@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday February 22, 2022. Please use Questions for 6973GH-22-R-00048 as the subject line Technical and cost proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), Tuesday March 8, 2022 via email to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz. Please use SIR Response for 6973GH-22-R-00048 as the subect line. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CST, March 8, 2022, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
