The court orders only applies to the application of requirements pursuant to Executive Order 14042. There is no change to the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force’s guidance for COVID-19 workplace safety protocols for Federal agencies. Federal agency workplace safety protocols for Federal buildings and Federally controlled facilities still apply in all locations. Contractor employees working onsite in those facilities must still follow those Federal agency workplace safety protocols. This is the official public notice for the Screening Information Request (SIR)/solicitation for the FAA's Flight Operations Management System (FOMS). Please see attached to this notice the SIR along with two (2) additional attachments--the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Past Experience Form. NOTE: This procurement is subject to an approved limited sources rational basis. The only approved sources are Rigil Corporation and Objectstream, Inc. Note that the FAA intends to only make one award and that the FAA does not reimburse for bid and proposal costs as is stated in the SIR.
