The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the demolition of existing exhaust flues, existing air intakes and abandoned-in-place diesel exhaust flue, restoration of the floor, wall and roof of the affected area, and the installation of two (2) exhaust flues. This includes, and is not limited to, submittal of product data and calculations, demolition of two (2) existing twenty (20) feet of 10" double wall exhast flues, pipe hangers, wall thimble, exterior side wall screened terminations and associated piping accessories, demolition of forty (40) feel of one (1) abandoned 24" diesel exhaust flue, pipe hangers, roof termination and associated piping accessories, demolition of existing two (2) twelve (12) feet of 6" intake air CPVC piping, pipe hangers, wall thinble, exterior side wall elbow termination and associated piping accessories, patch four (4) 12" exterior concrete wall holes, insulation and drywall to match existing, patch one (1) 26" roof hole an dassociated membrane, insulation, decking and walking tile to match existing, paint Boiler Room floor, installation of two (2) 6" thirty-five (35) feel of polypropylene exhaust flues, pipe hangers, roof termination and associated piping accessories, installation of two (2) 6" combustion air intake 90 degree elbows and associated accessories and installation of one (1) 75" x 60" insulated aluminum blank-off panel and associated fasteners, brackets and clips. All quesitons regarding the project/scope of work must be received in writing to Gay.j-ctr.joseph@faa.gov no later than 5:00 pm CST on 18 March 2022 to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals. Any responses received after 5:00 pm CST, 25 March 2022, may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications and Withdrawals of submittal vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Potential offeror should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any ind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proporals.
