The Contractor will provide the software licensing, revisions, upgrades, system support and if required additional technical support for the Aerobytes Flight Data Monitoring System utilized by the FAA, Flight Program Operations Safety Group. The system is used to process, review, and analyze aircraft flight data in support of the FAA’s Flight Operational Quality Assurance Program. The contractor must provide their commercial FDM/FOQA system while meeting the standards established by appropriate FAA aviation directives, local policy, Flight Program Operations standard operating procedures, and best business practices. Please see Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this notice for more details. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or cost incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determinate whether adequate competition exists to set aside the competition among small businesses. Interested firms are required to submit a copy of the SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of services provided by your organization, size and type of services provided to previous contracts, relevant and similar contracts ( please provide detailed information and past performance), number of years in business. All responses to this market survey must be received by March 11, 2022 3:00 PM CST (1500).
