Amendment 0001 is to incororate a revised Statement of Work and changes to Section L & M. The Toxicology team in CAMI’s AAM-600 helps investigate aircraft accidents by providing toxicological analyses and performing research to determine better methods of analysis or compilation of data to be used for policymaking. This LCMS-QTOF instrument will be used to screen toxicology samples for drugs of abuse, pharmaceutical drugs, and over the counter drugs. Requirements 1. Provide a Sciex X500R LCMS-QTOF system consisting of the following components: a. TurboV Source for X500R that accepts either the ESI Probe or Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization (APCI) Probe b. ESI Twinsprayer Probe c. APCI Twinspayer Probe d. Windows 10 Data Acquisition Computer e. Standard computer monitor f. Standard roughing pump in accordance with OEM Specifications g. Sciex Operating System 2.0 (downloadable) h. MS Office 2016 Professional Plus ISV Global Kit (disc and license key) i. UPS Powervar Security Plus II 8000VA j. HP Color Laserjet Pro M255DW printer k. Sciex University training program, including three day application support l. EXIONLC AD system 120V cooled oven m. Equal to or greater than 18,000 PSI switching valve – 2 position, 6 port- and mount kit n. EXIONLC solvent 3 channel flow controller valve o. Forensic HR-MS/MS Spectral Library 2.1 p. Sciex All-in-one yearly license with NIST 2017 MS/MS library 2. The product must be provide by the OEM or an authorized distributor of the OEM. 3. Deliver the system to CAMI, install into final position, and connect to existing power outlet, in accordance with OEM specifications. 4. Provide operating and maintenance manuals, delivered upon completion of the system installation. 5. Provide a 1 year warranty for the system hardware and software.
