A draft solicitation document and attachments are available for review and should not be construed as an official request for offers/proposals. This is for the design/install/certification of infrared navigation lights on three FAA Challenger aircraft. This will be a lowest-price, technically acceptable source selection. Please review the technical requirements listed in sections L & M of the attached solicitation as well as the attachments. Please note, this is set-aside 100% for small businesses.
