AeroNavData maintains records in the National Airspace System (NAS) database using their proprietary Procedure Tracking Software (PTS). AeroNavData developed custom tools for the FAA and has been providing tool maintenance support since 2008. The specific tools used by AeroNavData uses their proprietary Procedure Tracking Software (PTS). AeroNavData is also the only company that posses the Type 1 Letter of Accepantace that states AeroNavData has passed the FAA audit of data processes that emphasize quality assurance, data quality requirements (DQR) and continuous process improvement. AeroNavData maintains its RTCA DO-200A Type 1 LOA in accordance with FAA AC 20-153 and under the regulatory oversight of the FAA's Chicago Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) . This is a mission critical contract and safety in accurate aeronautical flight data means quality cannot be sacrificed.
