AMENDMENT 0002 RELEASED 11/17/2020: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the SIR due to a revision to the Statement of Work (SOW). The previous SOW required the use of ARINCDirect Flight Planning in paragraph3.5. The revised SOW dated 11/17/2020 states in section 3.5 that “the company shall use Flight Planning” and omits the requirement to use ARINCDirect Software. All proposals or revisions thereto shall be submitted on or before 11:59 pm CST 30 November 2020. AMENDMENT 0001 RELEASED 9/9/2020 TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE TO 9/15/2020 AND ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM THE INITIAL SOLICITATION. International Ground Handling & Trip Support Services: The contract shall provide unlimited international ground handling & trip support services. The contract must provide 24 hours-a-day/365 days-a-year trip support services, assistance and technical support. The contract shall also provide international administrative and operational support for the international required services. See Statement of Work for further information. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with a size standard of $35.0 million.
