Acknowledgement is required of all amendments to the solicitation and must be signed and returned. ***12/3/2020 The Announcement is being amended to extend the closing date to December 18, 2020 by 4:30 PM, CST and incorporate additional changes. The Announcement was original set aside for SDB 8(a) and SDVOSB. One of the changes amends the Solicitation and now the Set-Aside is SDB 8(a) ONLY. Please find Four (4) new documents Attached: SIR 6973GH-20-R-00168 Amendment 0002, Wage Determination/ WD AA, revised Statement of Work/ SOW dtd 02Dec2020, and Questions Answers 6973GH-20-R-00168. ***11/12/2020 The Annoucement is being amended to extend the closing date to December 04, 2020 by 4:30 PM, CST. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Instructional Services in support of the FAA Academy (AMA-002) Training Solutions Team. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods. Your attention is directed to Sections L and M of Screening Information Request (SIR)/Request for Offer (RFO) 6973GH-20-R-00168 for instructions for preparation and submission of proposals. Please read the Solicitation and all other attached documentation in it's entirety. The FAA has determined that this procurement will be set aside for either SDB or SDVOSB. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 611519 Other Technical and Trade School. The business size standard for this NAICS is $15.0 million. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (November 27, 2020). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), “if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.” Proposals must be received electronically by the FAA Contracting Officer, nia.glover@faa.gov, no later than 4:30 p.m. CST, November 27, 2020. Due to the current Pandemic and limited access to the MMAC facility, by hand delivery is not an option. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC. Please follow the submission methods identified in Section L.11 SUBMISSION, MODIFICATION, REVISION AND WITHDRAWL OF PROPOSALS. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 4:30 p.m. CST, November 027, 2020, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
