It is also open to Large businesses. The FAA has a requirement for Jet 'A' Bulk Fuel for FAA operated aircraft at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Please see the Statement of Work for additional details. The requirement is Set-Aside for Small business concerns. Your organization's DUNS Number must be registered in SAM with a Small Business Size Standard under the Naics code 454310 Fuel Dealers. Please read the solicitation in it's entirety and follow the submission guidelines to ensure a responsive bid. The first page of the solicitation must be signed. There are fill-ins throughout the solicitation document that must be addressed such as, in Section K of the solicitation. All Factors in Section L & M must be addressed.
