Amendment 001 - 9/14/20 - This amendment chagnes the NAICS, removes a clause, and provides solicitation questions and answers. Additionally, the solicitation attachments are now uploaded here as well. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, OK, the Enterprise Services Center (ESC) operates under the Department of Transportation (DOT) as a shared service provider for financial services and systems within the Federal government. ESC is seeking to replace an unsupported reporting solution. The Government’s overall objective is to replace Oracle Discoverer with a scalable reporting solution that provides functionality similar to Discoverer. The Enterprise Transactional Reporting Solution must include a reporting tool that supports multiple data sources for relational, non-relational and analytical databases. It must also include a pre-built automated Oracle Discoverer migration utility. To facilitate ESC’s implementation of the new reporting solution, pre-built transactional EBS reports and an EBS-based reporting data model must be included. ESC is also seeking consulting services for implementation and training of the proposed solution. The proposed acquisition seeks to award one contract to the offeror whose proposed solution represents the best value to the FAA. The source selection process will be a two-phase source selection involving the evaluation of proposals and a demonstration for eligible offerors. Solicitation attachments are attached inside the PDF. Questions are due Sept. 4, 2020. Questions should be directed to the contract specialist, Nick Risi (nicholas.risi@faa.gov). Proposals are due Sept. 25, 2020. Proposals are to be sent by email only. Paper copies are not requested.
