The FAA has a requirement for commercial off the shelf (COTS) Level 1 Aircraft Systems Maintenance Training IAW ATA 104 Specification to FAA inspectors for the nine (9) general Aviation Aircraft types listed in the Performance Work Statement. (Please see the attached Solicitation) Please read the attached solicitation in it's entirety. The first page of the Solicitation must be signed. The Schedule B of the Solicitation must be completed. All fill-ins throughout the solicitation must be addressed such as, in Section F and Section K. The Technical Proposal should be separate and must address all Technical Factors. It is helpful to label each Technical Evaluation Factor with the corresponding numbers and headings, in the solicitation under section's L & M to easily find the information during evaluations. All question are due by July 06, 2020 to allow the program office time to respond to all questions. Please email Nia Glover nia.glover@faa.gov with any questions regarding the solicitation.
