NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a single source contract to Northern Computer Technologies, Inc. (Nor-Tech) to provide 2020 High Performance Computer (HPC) Cluster Annual Software License (AMEND II) for a five (5) year contract. The single source vendor is the only known source available that can provide technical support. Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
