Please read the attached SIR in it's entirety. Complete all applicable sections of the SIR, sign and return by the closing date of the announcement. To ensure a responsive bid please address all Technical Evaluation Factors in the solicitation in a clear and concise manner. Please read the Performance Work Statement in it's entirety. The Performance Work Statement is attached to the bottom of the Solicitation.
