Please read the attached SIR in it's entirety and the Statement of Work attached to the SIR. The first page must be signed and the Schedule B must be completed. There are fill-ins throughout the document such as, in Section K that must be completed. Please address the Factors in Section L & M and provide all necessary documentation and information with the proposal by the closing date of the announcement April 09, 2020 @ 4:30 PM CS.
