SOLICITATION-REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Boeing 737-300, 757, 767 Pilot Qualification Training SIR 6973GH-19-R-00273 Air Carrier Aircraft Pilot Training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and Aircraft Certification pilots employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The contractor is to provide initial and recurrent ground school, flight training device (if applicable) and simulator and/or flight training to FAA inspectors/pilots in the applicable aircraft specified in Section (Schedule) B. Student quotas for these courses will be assigned by the Flight Standards Workforce Development Division, AFB-500 or Aircraft Certification Service – Enterprise Operations Division, AIR-900. The courses covered under this contract will meet the requirements for FAA formal flight training. FAA formal flight training consists of training courses with agency level course numbers that will be officially recorded in the employee’s personnel records.
