The FAA has a requirement for an IDIQ (Base Period + 4 (1 Year Options)) for Thermo Fisher Scientific/Thermo Electron North America Thermo Instrument “Unity Essential Support Plan� for the government owned Nicolet iS50 FTIR, Nicolet iS50 GC/IR, Continuum Microscope, Fast Map Stage, AS 1310, Trace 1300 GC instrument (Thermo equipment) to Thermo Electron. This requirement will support the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Aerospace Medical Research Division (AAM-510) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The FAA intends to award a Single Source contract to Thermo Electron North America LLC/Thermo Fisher as they are the OEM for the identified equipment. It is anticipated the resultant Fixed Price contract will contain a Base Period plus Four one-year option periods (5 Year IDIQ). The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all Businesses that are interested in and capable of providing the requested service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS Size Standard 811219 $20.5M In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested Vendors included with Capability Statement: This submittal document shall identify: 1.Proof of access to Thermo Electron Technical Specifications, and Service Data in order to provide the required licenses, maintenance, and support. 2.Proof of capability to provide the “Unity Essential Support Plan� for the government owned Nicolet iS50 FTIR, Nicolet iS50 GC/IR, Continuum Microscope, Fast Map Stage, AS 1310, Trace 1300 GC instrument. 3.Please provide Vendor Duns Number as assigned in WWW.SAM.GOV The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility.
