Attached is a Request for Quote (RFQ) in support of the Federal Aviation Administration’s interagency agreement with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the installation of electronic locks, system programming, and training of PIV Card Reader Systems for CBP Stations, Harlingen, Brownsville, and Ft. Brown. The card reader system is for use on CBP RVSS-U Relocatable Tower C2 Shelters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS: 561621 Size Standard: $20.5M Services to be performed at the following location on or about the listed dates: • Harlingen CBP Station: July 08, 2019 to July 28, 2019 • Brownsville CBP Station: July 29, 2019 to August 18, 2019 • Ft.
