Modification 0003, Dated 3/5/2019 The proposal response due date is extended to March 12, 2019, 5pm CT. Provided is a complete Section B-Price Schedule. *************************************************************** Note: The proposal response due date is extended to March 7, 2019, 5pm CT. Contractor questions and FAA responses are attached. *************************************************************** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Learjet 60 maintenance checks for four (4) FAA aircraft. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials (unless noted otherwise in the contract documents), and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work. It is anticipated that a one (1) firm-fixed-price type contract with time and material labor hour Over & Above (O&A) Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers, February 28, 2019, in accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 System for Award Management. All written SIR inquiries must contain 6973GH-19-R-00077 as part of the email subject line. Proposals must be received by LaMeisha Cheridor, Contract Specialist, no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, February 28, 2019. See Section L, Instruction, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders for proposal submittal instructions. Any responses received after 5:00 p.m. CST, February 28, 2019, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of submittal vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
