NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source contract to Northern Computer Technologies, Inc. (Nor-Tech) to provide 2019 High Performance Computer (HPC) Cluster Annual Software License (AMEN II). The single source vendor is the only known source available that can provide technical support. Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
