The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking offers from sources that are capable of providing the required training. The contractor must be able to provide initial ground school, and flight training to FAA inspectors/pilots in the applicable aircraft specified in schedule B. The provider can be an accredited learning institution and deliver this training through their standard course offered to the public or other governmental agencies or by submitting a course solely intended for FAA inspectors. Please review the request for quotation, clauses, performance work statement and evaluation criteria as attached hereto. Student quotas for these courses will be assigned by Workforce Development, AFB-500 or Aircraft Certification Service – Planning and Program Division AIR-500. The courses covered under this purchase agreement will meet the requirements for FAA formal flight training. FAA formal flight training consists of training courses with agency level course numbers that will be officially recorded in the employee’s personnel records. All responses to this Request for Offer must be received by 5:00 PM CST, 05/24/2019. The FAA prefers that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to Michele.D.Mustin@faa.gov. Respondents are encouraged to review the attached document and provide comments.
