This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that this is a lowest price technically acceptable procurement, that is total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-02 effective 3/16/2023. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract with for the MARAD Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF) and East Docks (ED) Lawncare services as described in the BRF and ED Lawncare Statement of Work (SOW) – Attachment 1, Vendor Price Sheet – Attachment 2, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses – Attachment 3 and E-Invoicing Requirements and Department of Labor Wage Determination – Attachment 4 and any future amendments. Quoters are required to submit pricing for all materials, equipment and labor required to complete the work on the vendor price sheet, Attachment 2. Site Visit: A site visit at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet located at 2600 Amoco Rd., Beaumont TX, 77705 and the Beaumont Reserve Fleet East Docks located at 5320 Church House Road, Orange TX, 77630 has been established for 4 April 2023 at 8:30 AM CST.
