This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that this is a lowest price technically acceptable procurement, that is total set-aside for Small Business. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract with for the State of Michigan FY23 Spring Repairs as described in the Training Ship State of Michigan (TS SOMI) Spring Repair Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings, Vendor Price Sheet – Attachment 2, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses – Attachment 3 and E-Invoicing Requirements and Department of Labor Wage Determination – Attachment 4.
