The contractor shall also make repairs to the fiber cement siding and trim board on the façade of the Guard Shack building. Once repairs are complete, the contractor is required to pressure wash to remove algae growth and paint the guard shack building a similar shade/color to the current color. The Beaumont Reserve Fleet is located at 2600 Amoco Rd., Beaumont TX 77705. The magnitude of construction range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
