This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that the procurement is UNRESTRICTED. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 effective 5/26/2022. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is soliciting a contract with an Occupational Health Medical Facility (FACILITY), employing an Occupational Health Physician (PHYSICIAN), Nurses and Certified Medical Technicians to provide occupational medical/physical examinations to designated MARAD employees assigned to the Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF), Beaumont, Texas in accordance with the Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, Attachment 2 – Solicitation and Contract Clauses and Invoicing Instructions and Attachment 3 - Price Sheet. The cut-off date for questions in response to the solicitation 23 August 2022 at 10:00 am CST. The solicitation closing date is 30 August 2022 at 10:00 am CST.
