This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that the procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07 effective 9/10/21. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract for Port & Starboard Main Engines & Reduction Gears Alignment on Barbara Lois at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet in accordance with the Attachment 1 - Statement of Work , Attachment 2 - Solicitation and Contract Clauses, Invoicing Instructions and Attachment 3 - Price Sheet.
