This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that the procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract for the labor, supplies and equipment to provide alternate generator power to the transit warehouse at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet in accordance with the Statement of Work – Attachment 1, Solicitation and Contract Clauses, Invoicing Instructions and Wage Determination – Attachment 2 and Price Sheet – Attachment 3.
