The Government is seeking a minimum of 8,240 to a maximum of 14,564 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building and/or outdoors as described below: Office Space- Approximately 4,900 ABOA SF Technical Space- Approximately 3,340 ABOA SF Outdoor Yard Space- Approximately 5,000 ABOA SF *NOTE: FAA will alternately consider 5,000 sf of indoor warehouse space with a loading dock and ramp access in lieu of the 5,000 sf of outdoor yard space FAA requires a full service lease for a ten-year term Location to be within a 10-mile radius of JFK International Airport or LaGuardia Airport per attached area map, Attachment H. Reserved parking required for 3 government vehicles
