The FAA Office of Human Resource Management (AHR) has a need to address critical HR issues and initiatives, provide improvements and value, and achieve greater agility, efficiency, and business impact. AHR aims to update its HR team’s functional design and capabilities to meet the AHR strategic priorities. This encompasses all aspects of HR, including the effectiveness of the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), updating, and transforming HR technology, improving recruitment and employee retention, attracting and developing talent, enhancing and moving forward on impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and ensuring optimization of HR processes. This effort will provide AHR with research subscription for executive partner commercial information services, including: Supporting AHR with research and analysis. Providing research and advisory licenses to the HR management leadership team.
