Answers to questions, redl... This is Amendment 0003 to the solicitation for Economic Consulting Services for Regulatory Analysis and Policy Support. The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section L. Answers to questions, redlined SIR, and revised Final SIR are attached. The revised proposal due date is now January 17, 2023, no later than 2:00 p.m. (electronic copies only). The FAA’s, Office of Aviation Policy and Plans, located in the Office of Policy, International Affairs, and Environment (APL) has a requirement for ongoing support and subject matter expertise to provide specialized economic analysis in areas such as aviation forecast, economic models as they pertain to various aviation program areas, such as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), policies and procedures concerning Airport revenue, aviation regulatory analysis, cost allocation for air traffic services, and international airport governance.
