The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to revise Secection L: From: L.13.1General (a) The Offeror must submit proposals to the FAA’s Contract Division via internet to Curtis.fields@faa.gov and Khoshboo.F.Siddiqi@faa.gov Not Later Than 4:00 PM, E.S.T. on Monday 12/4/2023. All responses must be encrypted, and password protected. If any part of an Offeror’s proposal, or modification thereto, is not received by the time and date specified, it will be considered late (NOTE: See FAAAMS 3.2.2.3-14 (April 2018), Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals).
