The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), through the Office of Chief Counsel (AGC), Administration Division (AGC-10), has a requirement for online legal research, which provides access to statutes, case law materials, public records, and other legal resources. Over the past five years, AGC administered two contracts for Online Legal Research Services. The companies provide online legal information through centralized web-based systems capable of supporting the workload and work activity of FAA attorneys and program staff located in headquarters, regional, and center offices. All users must have the capability to access legal research databases listed in the description of services as well as all new available information.
