The Office of Labor and Employee Relations (AHL) is federally mandated to track and report on all of its employee relations and labor relations activities. This tracking and reporting is currently being done through FAA’s Labor and Employee Relations Information System (LERIS). AHL has a continuing need to provide access to an electronic case management system to its employees. AHL has opened up access to their system licenses to FAA AHR partner offices, FAA Office of Policy, International Affairs and Environment for Passport & Visa tracking and it is now utilized by all other modes of the Department of Transportation (DOT) to track labor relations, employee relations, and anti-harassment cases. The purpose of this contract is to provide a case management system to track and report on activities within AHL, to track anti-harassment actions in all other modes of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to track and report on cases brought to the FAA Accountability board and track documents within the FAA Passport Office. The current system has been in place since 2009 and has been substantially modified to fit the evolving needs of the users.
