AMENDMENT 0001 UPDATED JULY 28, 2021: PLEASE FIND SIGNED AMMENDMENT ATTACHED. AMENDMENT 0001 DATED JULY 26, 2021: THIS AMENDMENT PROVIDES UPDATES TO THE SOW AND SECTION L OF THE SIR. VENDOR QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED HEREIN. THE DUE DATE OF AUGUST 11, 2021, 1400 EST REMAINS UNCHANGED. SEE THE AMENDMENT ATTACHED, NAMED 693KA9-21-R-00005-0001, ALONG WITH ATTACHMENTS THERETO. AFM-800 is responsible for planning and implementing effective, innovative, and integrated competency-based training for the FAA financial management workforce. Training delivery will be executed through the use of this contract. The workforce to be trained under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following professions: Funds Certifiers, Financial Managers, Budget Analysts, Federal Purchase Card Holders, transactional Approving Officials, and persons in other financial and program management related occupations. The training target audience is diverse and may include management and non-management personnel, and students ranging from entry to senior level. The Contractor is responsible to deliver instructor led (ILT),virtual instructor led (VILT), and blended instructor-led (BILT) training in the subject areas of financial, contract, program management, analytics, leadership, and professional development. These include, but are not limited to, courses developed by AFM-800 (see Attachment J001) and commercial-off-the-shelf courses in the Contractor’s current curriculum database. The Contractor must apply training industry standards and appropriate automated tools and software to deliver training in the most efficient and effective manner.
