Dear Prospective Offerors, The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary, has a requirement for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for all operating administrations under the Department of Transportation; its office is under the Department of Human Resource Management (DOHRM). The DOT anticipates one Fixed Price Priced award from this requirement. The resultant award shall consist of five years inclusive of a (one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods). Please review the attached draft SOW and provide comments and questions on the attached excel worksheet.
