The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), has a requirement for Audit Management Services for its Office of Inspector General (OIG). DOT OIG is issuing this DRAFT REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) to obtain industry feedback, clarify market capabilities, and gather vendor questions prior to finalizing the solicitation for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Audit Management System (AMS). This Draft RFQ is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation (RFQ) and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs incurred in preparing responses. Participation in the draft RFQ process is voluntary and does not guarantee participation in future solicitations. The NAICS code for this effort is 513210, Software Publishers. The DOT Office of Inspector General (OIG) anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order. The period of performance for this Task Order is for Five (5) years, one (1) base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The award will be based on the best value. Please be advised that the quote submission date has been extended to June 9, 2025, and an update to the RFQ will be posted on SAM.gov to reflect the revised schedule..
