This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation in FAR Subpart 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 13.106. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812930, “Parking Lots and Garages", with a small business size standard of 38.5 Million. The Product Service Code for this procurement is M1LZ, “Operation of Parking Facilities." This combined synopsis/solicitation RFP is based on "Full and Open Competition" meaning that all responsible sources are permitted to submit competitive quotations on this procurement.
