This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site https://beta.sam.gov/ to ensure they have the most current information in reference to this acquisition. The U.S. Department of Transportation (OST) Office of Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) is issuing this solicitation, number 693JK420R900001, as a Request for Proposals (RFPs). This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541618, “Other Management Consulting Services" with a size standard of 15.0 Million. The Product Service Code for this procurement is R799, “Other Management Support Services." WHEN/WHERE/WHAT TO SUBMIT Questions pertaining to this solicitation should be addressed to Ajmal Khan Contract Specialist CTR, via email at Ajmal.Khan.Ctr@dot.gov with a courtesy copy to Robin Gates, Contracting Officer via email at Robin.Gates@dot.gov, as soon as possible but no later than 12:00PM EST July 28, 2020. Phone calls will not be entertained. Proposals shall be transmitted electronically via email to Ajmal.Khan.Ctr@dot.gov (with a courtesy copy to Robin.Gates@dot.gov) on or before Tuesday, August 18, 2020 no later than 12:00 PM EST.
