In response to the questions received on the DRAFT RFP and internal discussions, DOT has decided to change its acquisition strategy. These services will now be procured under the GSA 8(a) STARS II vehicle during first quarter of FY2020. The government's requirements will be updated based on the feedback received. However, no responses or updates will be posted to this notice. No further email or telephonic questions will be responded to. This is considered a final notice.
