This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with terms and conditions prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information incorporated herein. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 485999. The Fare Media Voucher requirement is not a small business set-aside and shall be solicited and awarded on an unrestricted basis. Prospective Offerors are required to observe Section 1 through 11 of the solicitation, Section 9 Instructions to Offerors, presents detailed proposal submission instructions for prospective offerors. Section 10 Factors for Award, presents evaluation factors the DOT shall use in evaluating technical and price proposals.
