The Acquisition Services Division is within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and provides cross-cutting support to Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s (PHMSA) internal stakeholders and external customers. It provides a full range of acquisition services from acquisition planning to contract closeout. The Division is responsible for the award and administration of business arrangements as a service organization, which includes contracts and financial assistance/grants. PHMSA is seeking information from qualified vendors interested in providing services to the Department of Transportation. Questions for this RFI will be accepted up to 4/10/2024 and shall be sent to dwayne.cross@dot.gov Final Submissions are due by 4/21/'2024
