The objective of this task order is to obtain professional and administrative support services of an experienced contractor in the areas of 911 services, to provide NHTSA with assistance in support of the 911 Programs as follows: a. Professional support on issues related to technical aspects of telecommunications and 911 services with the ability to improve highway safety, and b. Professional support on issues related to operational aspects of telecommunications and 911 services with the ability to improve highway safety. It is imperative that the Contractor be experienced in providing engineering, governance, and operational advice specifically related to the operation of the 911 system.
