This amendment is issued to provide Q&A, sample documents, and revise the submission due date for quotations. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and under the authority of FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under RFQ No. 693JJ621Q000009 and includes incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541613. The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has a requirement for assistance in supporting its internal communication strategic plan and developing communications materials. This strategic plan is intended to reach and support the needs of the FRA workforce nationwide. The FRA workforce is currently comprised of approximately 884 employees (2/3rds of which are outside the Washington, DC, metropolitan area). If interested in providing these services, please provide a quotation in accordance with the attached Request for Quote. As a result of this solicitation, the FRA intends to award a labor hour order.
