This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under RFQ No. 693JJ620Q000003 and includes incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541690 “Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services”. This is a small business set-aside procurement. NOTE 1: The work under this RFQ was previously performed under contract number DTFR5314C00029 by Healthwest, LLC. NOTE 2: The period of performance for this order should be one-year from date of award and two one-year option periods. The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) solicits your quotations for services to provide FRA support in Post-Accident Toxicological Testing (PATT) oversight - all technical and scientific areas which relate to the detection and deterrence of drug and alcohol use in the railroad industry.
