This solicitation (also referred to herein as Request for Proposal or RFP) is in support of the Office of Research, for the Work Statement is entitled, Research and Technology to Promote Safety of Commercial Motor Vehicles, Drivers, And Carriers. This is a full and open competitive acquisition solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15. Attached is the Solicitation and all associated attachments. Please note that this RFP is written in the Uniform Contract Format described in FAR section 15.204-1. Offerors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Uniform Contract Format. This will facilitate an understanding of the terms and conditions of this solicitation, the instructions and the source selection process. Clarity and completeness are of the utmost importance in the proposal. It is the government's intent to award Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts, as a single organization is not expected to have expertise in all relevant subject areas. All Offeror questions concerning this RFP are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on August 20, 2025. All proposals are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on September 19, 2025. All correspondence/documents shall be submitted electronically via email at the address set forth on SF33, Item 10c. Any questions or proposals submitted after the stated deadline will not be considered.
