The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is conducting market research to determine if sufficient interest and capability exists in the marketplace to support the subject procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposals, but is instead an invitation for potential offerors to express interest and provide information regarding their relevant knowledge, skills and capabilities. FMSCA does not intend to post a Question and Answers amendment to this notice. Instead, the agency intends to take those questions/responses as items that will be utilized to strengthen the eventual solicitation documents. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME and no date has been established for the RFQ issuance. The planned award date for this procurement is 1st quarter of FY 20.
