This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an Open Market RFP. The Government intends to award multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. Resulting task orders (TOs) may be firm-fixed price (FFP), time and materials (T&M) or Labor Hour (LH) or a combination of two or more listed contract types. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This RFP has been amended to extend the proposal due date.
