This ID/IQ is issued as a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The Contractor shall provide technical, engineering, publication, marketing, and professional support services, as needed, on a variety of transportation topics focused on pavements and materials to support FHWA’s program. The scope of work for this contract includes technical, as well as programmatic and administrative issues; the contractor shall provide a broad range of support services as required.
