This amendment extends the due date and time for receipt of Phase 1 proposals to 1/29/2024 at 4pm. If an Offeror has already submitted a proposal for this requirement, they may submit an updated proposal prior to the due date and time. If an Offeror that has already submitted a proposal does not submit a new proposal, the Government will evaluate the proposal already submitted without additional action required on the part of that Offeror. There are no changes to Attachments J.1, J.2, and J.3. These attachments still apply to A000002.
