This IDIQ contract provides for the development, update, and delivery of instructor-Led Training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), web conference training (WCT), videoconference training (VCT), flipped classroom training, new and evolving training delivery platforms, and new technologies such as mobile apps and virtual world delivery. Additionally, this IDIQ provides for the development and update of supplemental materials and services to support training, advance the state of practice, and implement best practices in the Hydraulics subject area.
